The Chartered Trust's core business is the establishment and administration of international business, investment and asset-holding companies in all their forms, including companies limited by shares, limited by guarantee and limited life companies. We can also assist in the continuation of foreign companies in Turks and Caicos Islands and the continuation of TCI-registered companies in other jurisdictions.

PROPERTY & IMMIGRATION CONSULTING

Drawing upon our own knowledge and experience, and our relationship with a leading local real estate brokerage, we advise and assist Clients in a broad range of Turks and Caicos Islands property investments, including land for development, private homes, offices, residential and commercial condominium developments.

In association with our affiliated Turks and Caicos Islands migration consultancy, Savory & Partners, we are also active in assisting qualifying Clients to secure tax-efficient permanent residency status in TCI.

REGISTRATION OF PLEASURE YACHTS

As a member of the Red Ensign Group of flag states, Turks and Caicos Islands operates a Category Two British Registry for pleasure yachts and other vessels up to 150 gross registerable tons. As such, TCI maintains a close liaison with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency of Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom (mca), and the US Coast Guard in the United States and keeps abreast of, and actively participates in discussions relating to, current international policy and technical issues affecting the proper maintenance of a British Registry.

Aside from managing the Turks and Caicos Islands registered companies which are often the owners of such vessels, we're also active in the registration of the yachts themselves in TCI.
